The services consist of consulting and support services aimed at optimizing organizational processes, clarifying objectives, and improving the operational efficiency of professionals and businesses.

DT-ABM undertakes to provide its services diligently and professionally, in accordance with prevailing practices in the consulting sector. The advice provided is based on our expertise but does not offer any guarantee of specific results, as these depend on multiple external factors.

2.2. Commitments of the User

The User undertakes to provide accurate and complete information necessary for the service. They acknowledge that their active participation and the implementation of the recommendations are essential to the effectiveness of the services.

• Use the services fairly and in accordance with their intended purpose.
• Do not reproduce, disseminate, or exploit the provided content and methodologies without express authorization.
• Respect the intellectual property rights of DT-ABM.

The service rates are communicated via quote or on the dedicated page of the website. Any commitment results in the establishment of an agreement or a quote accepted by both parties.

• Invoices are payable according to the conditions stipulated in the quote.
• In case of late payment, penalties may be applied in accordance with the law.
• Any request for cancellation or postponement must be notified in writing within the deadlines provided in the contract.

DT-ABM makes every effort to ensure the quality of its services. However, its liability cannot be engaged for:

• Decisions made by the client following our advice.
• Loss of business, lost profits, or indirect damages.
• Events due to force majeure or facts attributable to the client.

In any case, DT-ABM's liability is limited to the amount of sums paid by the client for the service in question.

All elements of the site (texts, graphics, logos, methodologies) as well as documents provided as part of the services are and remain the exclusive property of DT-ABM. They are protected by intellectual property laws.

The User benefits from a personal and non-exclusive license to use the documents for implementing the advice within their own organization. Any other use requires prior written authorization.

These GTU are applicable for the entire duration of use of the services. Each assignment is the subject of a specific agreement specifying its duration.

Each party may terminate an ongoing assignment for legitimate reason, subject to written notice and compliance with the agreed financial conditions for the part of the service already performed.

DT-ABM reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the services in case of serious violation of these GTU by the User.

DT-ABM reserves the right to modify these GTU at any time. The new terms will be applicable as soon as they are published online. The User is invited to consult them regularly.
